Submit a Service Request!

The quickest way to receive support is to submit a service request!

This can be done by any of the following ways:

  1. Submit a ticket for a service request by clicking here. For Insurance related support requests, please click here.
  2. If in 2.0, click on “Help” at the top left, then click “Have a conundrum?”
  3. Send an email to support@therapyappointment.com and outline your issue or reason for contact in the email.

We will respond in one business day or less! This system routes your questions to the appropriate support staff member, and is designed to ensure our fastest possible response.
